Thank you! It was not difficult to butt the tiles tightly against one another.  The glue was very cooperative: it was tacky, and not slippery, so once the tiles were in place and we rolled the surface, the tiles did not budge or slide around - they stuck firmly in place as we worked. As an alternative, you can space this tile like you would a ceramic tile and then grout it.
