I would contact the manufacturer about that. Finishes don&#039;t always like to work together. My father in law is a woodworker and he really likes a certain clear coat, whereas I was partial to a certain stain, and when it came to clear coating a project I stained, the two DID NOT cooperate, lol. My FIL spent a lot of time on the phone with the manufacturer to figure out what went wrong. So if you want to varnish this, ask them first what they recommend.]]></description>
